Who It Is For

When cognition is part of the question

A neuropsychological evaluation is the right level when thinking itself is part of what needs explaining: attention and focus problems, memory concerns, executive functioning struggles, questions about intellectual strengths and weaknesses, or underperformance at work or school that effort alone has not fixed.

It is also the level we recommend when mood or anxiety problems come with a lifelong undercurrent, because undiagnosed neurodevelopmental conditions such as ADHD are among the most commonly missed drivers of emotional difficulties, and specific cognitive weaknesses can quietly limit performance in ways that feel like character flaws but are measurable and addressable.

What Is Included

A complete cognitive and diagnostic picture

The evaluation includes a thorough clinical interview, intellectual functioning, executive functioning, attention, and memory testing with validity measures, and a well-validated self-report and personality battery covering mood, anxiety, OCD, and related concerns. Autism assessment can be added as a combined evaluation when that question is on the table.

Every evaluation ends with a detailed written report, a feedback session where we walk through the findings, and specific treatment directions with referrals to trusted providers in the community. Note that we do not currently offer specific learning disorder evaluations (reading, writing, or math); if that is your primary question, we are glad to point you to providers who do.

Cost & Timeline

Published pricing, about two weeks

The Neuropsychological Evaluation is $2,650 for adults and $2,950 for children and adolescents; with autism assessment added, $3,450 and $3,850. All prices are all-inclusive, with the $250 telehealth intake credited toward your total, and a Good Faith Estimate provided before services begin.

Most evaluations run about two weeks from intake to feedback, with the written report finalized within one to two weeks after the feedback session.
